Privacy policy

This explains what personal data refer200 collects, why, and what rights you have over it, under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who is the data controller

The data controller is Five Thirty Ltd, company number 12309500, trading as refer200. Contact us at contact@refer200.co.uk. Registered office details are available from Companies House.

What we collect

  • Contact data — if you email us or contact us via a mailto link, we hold your email address and message content for as long as needed to respond to and resolve your enquiry.

We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies at all, so there is no consent banner on this site and nothing to opt out of.

Lawful basis for processing

  • Legitimate interests — for responding to enquiries you send us.

Cookies

We set no cookies of our own and run no analytics. See our cookie policy for detail.

Third parties

We do not share your data with any analytics or advertising provider. We do link to third-party sites, including Tide's, which have their own privacy policies that we don't control. We don't sell personal data to anyone.

Retention

Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for our own record-keeping obligations. We hold no analytics or usage data about you at all.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Ask us to delete your data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing

To exercise any of these, email contact@refer200.co.uk.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to us first at contact@refer200.co.uk, or directly to the UK's supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
